Employee Image & Virtual Meeting Background

With every encounter with donors and charities our staff and volunteers represent the image of TrustBridge to the world. We endeavor to provide an honest, trustworthy presence in every situation. Our professionalism, friendliness, and care for others should come across in all of our visual, spoken, and written expressions.

Video Conferencing

There is much freedom and flexibility for use of various application such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams and we don’t require the use of video filters or “blurring” your background. Our dress and appearance should convey professionalism and our offices/backgrounds should be:

• Free of clutter or distractions
• Free of images, paintings, or pictures that would be offensive

For those desiring to have a branded background, here are two files (wide and square) that give flexibility to users with different cameras/setups. You may have to adjust settings for HD, original ratio, or other settings in the video conferencing application. Please experiment to ensure:

• Logo placement is clear, not blurry or cut off
• Your face/body should be fully contained in the 3/4th of the screen (not overlapping into the logo)

When turning video off altogether, please upload and use a simple, professional headshot (incorporating no logos or branding).
